Thunderbirds T-Shirt
The mighty Air Force Thunderbirds are featured in our third design co-created with famed aviation photographer Major Brian Shul, USAF (Ret.). Formed in 1953, the Thunderbirds chose their name partly for the Native American culture of the Southwest, which is reflected in the shirt’s design elements. Thunderbirds can skillfully navigate F-16 jets into tight formations, with less than 36 inches between them, flying at 500 knots and taking turns at 4Gs of acceleration. Our Thunderbirds T-shirt is based on actual photographs taken by Major Shul. Available on Royal.
